Port Gamble, Washington

Port Gamble is an adorable little town. It’s a popular tourist destination, due to its location near Bremerton, Port Townsend, Bainbridge Island and Seattle.

Port Gamble has a very vintage, Salem witch trials vibe, with a wide range of shops from antiques to a tea shop to an old-fashioned general store. Many of the buildings are well maintained historical sites dating back to the 1800s.

Every year in mid July, Port Gamble has a medieval festival, with horseback sword fighting, costumes, hair braiding and all kinds of activities from the middle ages. Along with medieval food and ice cream.

The general store is still decorated for Christmas and the second story of the building has a museum of animals, history and artifacts from this area of the PNW.

This old fire station is now a water activity, marine store with tons of paddle boards, wet suits and canoes.

There’s tons of wide open meadows, adorable little houses, beaches and hiking trails.

Happy 2021!
